Challenge — Many citizens and visitors needed easier access to clear, comprehensive, and up-to-date information about Nicosia's cultural heritage, municipal services, city initiatives, and events. Traditional communication methods offered limited interactivity, making it harder for the municipality to engage the public in a modern and accessible way.

Outcome — We developed NiCi, an AI-powered digital ambassador for Nicosia, designed to educate citizens and tourists, share real-time updates, explain city services, and bring the city's history, culture, and initiatives to life through a more engaging, interactive, and adaptable digital experience.
