Challenge — Superhome had an older-style avatar that no longer fully reflected the brand's modern identity, customer experience, and digital direction. As the company continues to grow across home improvement, DIY, garden, tools, furniture, seasonal products, and household solutions, there was a clear opportunity to create a stronger digital representative.

Outcome — We modernised the original Superhome avatar into a friendly, recognisable digital ambassador that can guide customers, explain products clearly, and support campaigns across social media, digital ads, in-store screens, websites, and other brand touchpoints.
